Poor management, horrible service and so rude attitude. That cafe guy throw a word to me " You have holiday and free time but I am busy." That is your issue and you have no right to treat a customer like this. I don't think this cafe deserves to stay in such a nice museum. To be honest, MC staff are well trained than them. Even though I was cleaning somebody's dish but not mine. Then my husband came and explained but he said I was aggressive! I am sure that I was not smiling but he was the one who shouted and humiliated to me in the public! Sadly, my son heard that somebody said I should go to McDonald's. ![]() Then he shouted at me again in lots of people were staring at me. Why do I have to bring back somebody's dirty dishes to the table again? So I refused. Then he shouted at me in front of so many people and I can't bring dishes there and go back and sit. I couldn't stand sitting a messy table for more than 15 min so I brought some of dirty dishes to the counter and said to one of the stuff, our table was not cleaned up so I brought some and where to put. I felt that they purposely didn' come to our table.( I am Asian) But I saw waiters cleaned up other people's tables and take orders from people who came later than us. Nobody came to ask for an order and needless to say, the table was still a mess. Even we called a waiter, he shrugged his shoulder and gone. Then, we had to sit at the table where previous customers dirty dishes stayed forever. Today, I had to compete to find a table by myself. Museum staff were also kind, friendly and really nice.
